1. General
These terms apply to all sales made on www.kometejewelry.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in shape, texture, or finish. Photos are indicative; your item will be unique.

3. Prices
All prices are in euros (€), including VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on destination. KOMETE is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

7. Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

8. Warranty
Each piece is made with care. If your item has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll find a solution (repair, replacement or refund depending on the case).

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, and images are the property of KOMETE. Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
